A New Tradition Takes Root: The Grand Fir

This season, new traditions take root with the debut of The Grand Fir https://ozarkly.com/stories/grand-fir/, a majestic 45-foot live Christmas tree adorned with 30,000 lights. Families can gather in The Plaza for three nightly lighting ceremonies, a first-of-its-kind celebration at the park.

Heartfelt Harmonies Fill the Season

Adding even more sparkle to the season, Heart of Christmas starring Lindley Creek will fill the stage with heartfelt harmonies through Thanksgiving. Grammy award-winning artist Rhonda Vincent, the Queen of Bluegrass, will step into the spotlight bringing her powerful vocals and warm holiday spirit after Thanksgiving through Jan 2

Millions of Lights Illuminate The City

The City itself shines brighter than ever with more than 6.5 million lights covering nearly every board and beam. Joy On Town Square delights as the 8-story tree bursts to life in light and music every 15 minutes. Angels, shepherds, snowflakes and ornaments swirl 360 degrees around the tree in a display synchronized to classic carols. Just beyond Town Square, the magic continues with Christmas in Midtown®, where 1.5 million lights stretch an incredible 145 miles—the park’s most concentrated display of lights.

Shows and Parades to Warm Every Heart

Entertainment fills every corner, from the Broadway-style A Dickens’ Christmas Carol—the timeless Charles Dickens tale brought to life with elaborate sets and special effects—to the final year of Rudolph’s Holly Jolly™ Christmas Light Parade, where colorful floats and larger-than-life toy soldiers, candy canes and penguins bring smiles for all ages. High-kicking fun reigns at the Silver Dollar Saloon with Frontier Fa-La-La Follies! Nearby, little ones marvel at Tinker Junior’s Toy Shop—featuring a 12-foot talking tree—and guests are invited to reflect at the Living Nativity. Plus, enjoy gospel melodies from Spoken 4 Quartet and the jolly sounds of roaming carolers and more.

Festive Flavors and Holiday Memories

Festivities continue on the Frisco Sing-Along Steam Train, while Santa’s Cottage presented by Arvest offers unforgettable photo moments with the big guy himself. Seasonal flavors warm the way with hot wassail, hot chocolate and two festive buffet feasts—one featuring prime rib and another a traditional turkey dinner with dressing. Lunch with Santa returns on select days or families can graze through park favorites with the Christmas Tasting Passport.
